This Animated Cel is made by Animated Animations. It came out in 2000 and was limited to only 9,500 of them world wide. It works on 4 c size batteries and the cel come to life when you push the button. I found this NEW at a garage sale for $10 it was still in the original box with the corner protectors on it. The owner said they received it as a wedding gift but had no use for it.
